We are thrilled to share that The Maritime Division of John Good Group has won the Innovative Technology Award at the International Bulk Journal Awards.
The team successfully implemented GATSHIP which has been a game changer for The Maritime Division. They have replaced outdated systems with an innovative solution, helping to streamline operations but also position themselves for sustainable growth and enhanced client satisfaction.
Mark Mullins, Managing Director of Bay Shipping, said, “We are so pleased to be a part of The Maritime Division. Winning the Innovative Technology Award is an honour, exemplifying our efforts to customers across the division. It’s a pleasure to be seen for what we are accomplishing and our expertise has been acknowledged in the wider Maritime industry.
But wait, there’s more…
Steve Pullen, Managing Director of DAN Shipping and Chartering, won The Publisher’s Choice Award!
Steve was thrilled, saying, “Last night I was truly honoured to receive the Publisher’s Choice award. When I first started as a ship’s agent in 1979, I could never have imagined the journey ahead. From those early days learning the ropes at various UK ports, to having the privilege to lead DAN Shipping & Chartering, it’s been an incredible ride.
Of course, no one achieves anything in this business alone, so I have to say a big thank you to The Maritime Division and John Good Group.”
Adam Walsh, CEO of John Good Group, shared his excitement, “Steve Pullen is a legend on the Humber and further afield. With 45 years of excellence in and around the ports of Great Britain, his dedication and knowledge are second to none. He has also impacted the wider Maritime community by getting involved in lots of different initiatives, helping to push the development of the industry, and he’s a great advocate for John Good Group and our Maritime Division.
Congratulations, Steve; I do not know anybody who is more deserving of this recognition.”
This is an incredible achievement for both Steve Pullen and The Maritime Division of John Good Group.
